Yet More Improvement in Speedometers

Note the improvement of the City National Rochdale (CNR) November speedometers (pre-election) over the October speedometers. More indicators have moved to growth as a result of Oct data and the Federal Reserve rate cut. Note, too, that this data is forward-looking 6 to 9 months.
Visit CNR.com/insights/speedometers for definitions of the indicators, commentary and archived data.
CNR Strategists Anticipate as Policymakers Talk

This chart serves as a good summary in terms of the possible impacts to economic growth, inflation, interest rates, and corporate profits. Obviously, there’s a lot to monitor. For now, the underlying fundamentals remain strong, and we (CNR) believe the U.S. remains the best market.
